Why we love Japan so much
Our love for Japan goes very deep. Japan for us, is a hoppy, a passion and an obsession. It all started with my husband. He has always been fascinated with the land of the rising sun; anime, ninjas, technology and the spirit. Slowly he turned me over to his side 😉 I woke to the beauty of the Japanese culture and now has become maybe even more obsessed then him
In 2018 we finally arranged a trip of a lifetime. 3 weeks in May and it changed our life’s forever, in the best way possible. We have been on 3 trips of a lifetime now and we will keep coming back. We are learning Japanese, we watch Japanese series and news. Our favorite sport is sumo, we follow all the tournaments. We even got ride of our couch and replace it with a self-build multipurpose furniture with Tatami mats (and storage underneath) and I make Onigiri on a regular basis.
Now, a little bit about our name for our Japan universe website. Mori means forest and is written like this in Japanese 森. There are two trees in our logo and we are called Mori Mori because it represent the both of us.

Time and time again we have proven that a little bit of preparations and research will make the adventure even more enjoyable and fun. You greatly reduce frustration and disappointment if you have a plan B and C and are flexible. And that is much easier if you planned just a little bit beforehand.
